My Story, Your Story | Mountain of Youth

Your Story, My Story

My Story, Your story is MOY’s first intergenerational program. We’ve brought together fourteen students aged 14–16 from Katoomba High School and fourteen seniors from Blue Mountains Retirement Village.

Over three months, the young people will spend time with the older participants, listening to the stories of their lives and using those stories as the inspiration for four original short films.

This project is still in production! If you’d like to support us, you can donate here or come along to one of our Bunnings Sausage Sizzles:

This program would not have been possible without the support of MATCHLAB, Creative Australia, Blue Mountains City of the Arts, Katoomba High School and Scenic World.
